DIGITAL FILE REQUIREMENTS:
Files must be submitted as a press-ready PDF, tiff or EPS. We no longer support native file submission (Quark, In-Design, PageMaker, Corel…)
Please include bleed in your full page document set-up size
Any item not intended to bleed must be 1/4 inch from edge of trim size
All fonts must be embedded. Files submitted without fonts embedded properly will be printed with a default font (Courier).
File are accepted only as CMYK or Grayscale with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Any file submitted must be named with the advertisers name… Please do not name your file as the publication name.
All ads are subject to the Publishers approval.
Publisher is NOT responsible for any errors due to improper file submission.
